Welcome to Doggy Doo It. By using our pet waste disposal services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all customers subscribing to or using our services in Bloomington, IN and surrounding areas.
1. Services
- We provide front and/or backyard pet waste cleanup services.
- Each new customer is required to participate in a one-time meet and greet to review service scope and yard access.
- Optional add-ons include power washing and sanitation services for an additional fee.
2. Payment & Subscriptions
- We accept payments exclusively via Stripe.
- Subscriptions are charged at signup and renew monthly or every 6 months based on the plan selected.
- A one-month discount is offered for customers choosing the 6-month plan.
- No refunds. Services continue for 4 weeks after the last successful payment.
- If payment fails, your subscription remains active until automatically canceled by Stripe.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure gate access is available on service days.
- You do not need to be home after the initial meet and greet.
- Notify us of any aggressive pets, locked gates, or unsafe conditions during the meet and greet.
4. Scheduling & Missed Visits
- We do not refund missed visits due to locked gates, aggressive animals, or other access issues.
- Service frequency and schedule are determined at signup. Changes can be managed through your customer portal.
5. Customer Portal
You may manage your subscription, view invoices, and cancel your service at any time through your online customer portal provided at signup.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for damages or issues resulting from undisclosed hazards or customer negligence. Our services are provided as-is.

8. Updates
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services confirms your acceptance of any changes.
