Life is as unpredictable as the weather. We understand that sometimes the weather can be a bit unpredictable. If it rains on the day of your service, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions to ensure your needs are met. Your satisfaction is our priority, rain or shine!

We emphasize the Meet and Greet appointment you scheduled online. This is a crucial step to ensure that we understand your specific needs and preferences. During this appointment, we will discuss the details of the service, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that we are fully prepared to meet your expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure that we are aligned with your requirements before proceeding with the service.

As doggy doo has no value, we will dispose of it in your trash bin. WWe will double bag it and make sure its not smelly or attracting bugs or repelling guests. We understand that dealing with pet waste can be unpleasant, but we are committed to providing a clean and hygienic environment for you and your furry friends. On occasion, if its excessively large or nasty, we will take it with us and dispose of it elsewhere. Just remember we think of sanitation and germs and do not like to spread them around.
